We have reserved rooms at the historic Gasparilla Inn for our guests. The weekend’s activities will all be centered around The Gasparilla Inn & Club.
To book your room please call Tracy Thompson at (941) 964-4628 and ask for the McKay-Conte wedding block. Please note reservations are not available online.
Only guests staying at the Gasparilla Inn & Club will have access to the golf course, beach club, tennis facilities, and spa.
Getting to Boca Grande
We recommend flying into one of the following airports:
Sarasota Airport (SRQ) - 1hr 15min drive
Fort Myers Airport (RSW) - 1hr 20min drive
Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) - 45 min drive
Tampa Airport (TPA) - 1hr 45min drive
From there, we recommend renting a car which is the easiest, most cost-effective way to get to Boca Grande. There is plenty of parking once on the island. Although Boca Grande is entirely navigable by foot, golf carts are available through the Gasparilla Inn.
If you are staying at The Gasparilla Inn & Club, they will assist in coordinating transportation to and from the airport if you would like to forgo renting a car. We recommend that you call The Inn directly to coordinate this (800) 996-1913.
Rideshare apps Uber & Lyft are available to the island (roughly $100-$150). If using Uber /Lyft they have limited coverage for the area. Return rides cannot be requested to the airport once in Boca Grande, so be sure to make other arrangements for your return trip.
